Legal status is available in Electronic cigarette, towards the bottom, if anyone thinks it should be split off into a separate page. Model links are already listed, just no pages created yet... There's some info on e-liquid in the Electronic cigarette page too. Not sure how much info is around on the history of these things. Equazcion •✗/C • 11:42, 13 Feb 2009 (UTC)

I think, perhaps, that the electronic cigarette page you did might be better as the main page, with links going out to the various aspects, which can then be written up in greater detail. --SmokeyJoe 11:52, 14 February 2009 (MST)

[edit] E-liquid suppliers?

This page looks like a DeKang ad for the moment. Maybe we could add links to lots of other e-liquid suppliers? Indeed the right column looks a bit messy. maybe it should be reserved for e-liquid suppliers only. i suggest we start a new table for regular tips and tricks, cleaning, howtos, etc... What do you guys think?

  • I know this wiki is really green but this first page isn't cutting it. The strength of wikis is the ability to distill large amounts of information into a concentrated form. Who, What, When, Where, and How. It would be nice if newbies could come here and get e-cigarette info that they would have to glean from searching the forums for months (like I've been doing). ;)
  • You all might want to check out User:UBX which I made for user created userboxes. (still very sparse)

I tested out Feature/News on many different screen resolutions and text sizes and they were pretty good for everything but 800x600 with text size above 4x normal. You can find the files here (if something goes funky):

[edit] Nice cleanup but...

... a few essential things were there that are missing now, like how to clean and maintain your e-cigarette hardware, e-liquid recipes, etc... any idea how to get that back?

  • A lot of those articles were like 1 sentence long, only the atomizer cleaning article had one full paragraph. I tried to get people from the forum to edit here but no one seems to care.
  • I was going to make a 'site map page' with every page listed and categorized but I got side tracked. You can view every page on the wiki here. It's sad that there are so few pages. Half those pages are 1 sentence long, and the other half redirect to the main page. :(
  • I was trying to keep the small stuff off the main page to keep it uncluttered. If you ever want to see what was on a page just click the history tab. You can also use that to put stuff back in the article. On a wiki nothing is ever deleted forever.

I realize E-Cigarettes are "illegal" in Canada, but I want to buy one anyway, as here in Ontario, prices of cigs are climbing. Where would I be able to buy e-cigarettes and the respective tobacco inserts, in Canada, without risk of possible prosecution from the law? CanadianSmoker 08:23, 25 November 2009 (MST)
